Step One
Gather 2 mirrors and try and find the correct measurements, place the mirrors into a 45 degrees angle, 45+45=90. So, that is the cause of 2 mirrors and that is exactly what we want

Step 2
Once you find the perfect angle and size for the cardboard, you may start cutting! You also may stick your mirrors in place. You might need an adult's support or help.

This is optional, you may design your periscope, make it pretty.

A periscope is an item commonly used at submarines to get a good look on fishes.
They also can be used by the police to spy on criminals.
An apparatus that can be used to seek higher looks.
