• As you may know, in English, as well as in present and past tenses, we have different ways of stating the FUTURE. By means of this Kahoot, we are going to see three ways of using it.

Going to

• We use going to when we want to talk about a future plan or intention. Also, when we have an evidence that something is going to happen

• Can you tell me how this tense is formed?Look at this: I am going to eat out this Sunday with my sister but she is not going to ask for meat, as she's allergic.

Will

We use will when:

1- we make decisions at the same time that we are speaking

2-To make offers or promises

3-Beliefs about the future.

Look at this example, can you break down the structure?

Present Continuous

• It's strange, isn't it? Despite this tense is related to Present, we can use it in order to speak about future plans which are already arranged in a short-run future
