Modal Perfects: To talk about actions, assumptions and conclusions from the PAST.

If we are talking about 'perfect' how do you think is the structure?

Must have + past participle
To express with certainty that something happened

can't have/couldn't have + past participle
To express negatively with certainty that something didn't happen.

might have / may have / could have + past participle
when there is a POSSIBILITY that something happened.
This same verbs can be used for negative sentences adding 'NOT'
