Just heard about how we won't be able to get back to school for the rest of the year? You'd rather die than deal with PDPR for much longer? Well, it's only natural to feel stressed out while we're all stuck inside our homes, but hey, you'd better calm down and see what you can do about it. Firstly, you shouldn't panic. What you ought to do is simple. Eat right, get some exercise, and find something to relax with after class!
