CHALLENGES AND SUCCESSES OF YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS IN PAMPANGA
31
Abstract
Young entrepreneurs will face challenges and successes while having a business. The objective of this phenomenological research is to determine the obstacles and successes of young entrepreneurs. The researchers interviewed 7 participants around Pampanga using online platforms with purposive, non-probability sampling. After, researchers analyzed, coded, and themed the data gathered. Thus, they concluded three things. COVID-19, primarily lockdowns, remains to be the biggest challenge that young entrepreneurs face. On the brighter side, promoting, and selling in demand products turned out to be their biggest success factor. The participants suggest that having a positive mindset is the best way to deal with every challenge and success that every young entrepreneur encounters along the way. The researchers recommend aspiring entrepreneurs to follow these factors and gain knowledge about people with experiences.
