• Peserta didik mampu mengenali kalimat simple present tense.

• Peserta didik mampu membuat pola kalimat sederhana dalam bentuk simple present tense

• Peserta didik mampu mengubah kalimat affirmative menjadi kalimat negative dan interrogative dalam bentuk simple present tense

• Peserta didik dapat mengenali dan menggunakan bentuk waktu dalam simple present tense.

​Tujuan Pembelajaran

​Do you know what is simple present tense?

​Simple Present Tense​(dimasa sekarang) adalah salah satu bentuk waktu yang digunakan untuk menyatakan fakta, kebenaran umum, kebiasaan dan juga aktivitas sehari hari.

​SIMPLE PRESENT TENSE

​adalah simple present yang digunakan untuk menerangkan peristiwa, kegiatan atau kejadian yang sering terjadi setiap saat.

​Rumus Simple present tense

(+) S + V_(s/es) + O/C

(-) S + Do not / Does not + V + O/C

(? ) Do/ Does + S + V + O/C ?

​Contoh kalimat positif

• YOU PLAY TENNIS ON FRIDAY

• SHE PLAYS TENNIS ON FRIDAY

• Kedua kalimat itu terdapat perbedaan pada kata kerja "play"

Pola Kalimat

1. Positive sentence

S + V1(-s/-es) + O 

note:

untuk subject orang ketiga tunggal (he,she,it) kata kerja harus ditambahkan akhiran -s/-es.

C. They play football every Sunday afternoon.

​2. Negative Sentence

S + do/does + not + V1 + O

note:

_{untuk subject ketig}t + V1 + O_{a tunggal (he,she,it) menggunakan auxiliary verb does sedangkan untuk subject (I, you, we, they) menggunakan do}

• DOES SHE PLAY TENNIS ON FRIDAY?

​KALIMAT NEGATIF DAN INTROGATIF

ini sebagian contoh kegiatan atau rutinitas yang selalu kita kerjakan.

NOTE

• Untuk Subjek ( I, YOU, WE, THEY ) Maka Kata kerja ( Verb ) tidak ditambahkan huruf s/es, dan menggunakan kata "do" untuk pengganti tobe ( am, are)

• Untuk Subjek ( SHE, HE, IT, NAME OF PEOPLES) Maka kata kerja ( Verb) ditambahkan huruf s/es, tergantung pada kata kerja itu sendri, serta menggunakan kata "does" untuk pengganti tobe (is)

NOTE

Untuk kata kerja yang berakhiran huruf ss/sh/ch/x ditambah huruf “s atau es”

Search          menjadi        searches

Relax             menjadi        relaxes

 

NOTE

 Jika sebelum huruf y adalah huruf konsonan maka berubah menjadi “ i+es “

Jika seblum huruf y adalah huruf vocal mkaa ditambah dengan huruf “ s “
