​Fungi

• Fungi is not a plant

• It does not have chlorophyll​

• ​It cannot make food by itself

• ​It feed on other animals and plants whether dead or alive

• ​They can cause decay and are known as decomposers

​Fungi

• ​They reproduce by spores.

• ​Some of them can be eaten but some are poisonous.

• ​We also use fungi to make medicine

• ​Yeast is a type of fungi used in making bread.

• ​Bacteria is a type of microorganism

• ​We need a microscope to see bacteria

• ​Bacteria reproduce by dividing themselves

• ​They can come in many shapes.

• The three common shapes are:

  • ​Spherical (Cocci)

  • ​Rod-like (Bacilli)

  • ​Spiral-shape (Spirilla)

• ​Some bacteria are useful

• ​Some are harmless

• ​Meanwhile some can be harmful and cause diseases.
