What is PRIDE?
This year staff has devised an acronym for PRIDE to motivate students to excellence in academics and behaviors.
The goal is for staff and students to use PRIDE during lessons, in the halls and in the community at large.

Throughout the week, we will be using PRIDE in our daily lessons. We will also use it as a means to establish daily, weekly and quarterly goals.

The Acronym PRIDE
An acronym is when you use each letter of a word to expand on its meaning to help give it deeper meaning and help you to apply it to your life.
What does the P in PRIDE look like?
P stands for PRESENT.

Why should you get INVOLVED? Because ...

Do not ever give up!
Be DILIGENT in your thoughts, words and actions.
Hard work yields great rewards. In fact, hard work is its own reward.
Go beyond what is asked of you. Be like these two pigeons.
