Vocal Techniques

Is the study of the anatomy, breathing technique, and styles of diction involved in vocalizing, especially for singing.

Singing is aerobic, in that it is a form of exercise that improves the efficiency of the body's cardiovascular system.

It requires you to use oxygen and will place demands upon the lungs and heart to supply the oxygen needed to continue to sing.
