Present Simple
Meaning and use: the tense that is used to refer to events, actions, and conditions that are happening all the time, or exist now.

We use the present simple to talk about habits, routines , repeated actions and things done usually, often, regularly, occasionally, sometimes.

Rules:
Use(s) with all verbs except with the following:
ex: walk - walks
Use (es) when the verb ends with( s, z, h, x)
ex: discuss- discusses
Use ( ies) to replace the (y) when the verb ends in a consonant followed by (y).
ex: fly -flies
use (es) when the verb ends in (o)
ex: go -goes

Subject + Verb + complement.
I , you,
we, they live in Mexico.
He, she , it lives in Mexico.
