​What is multiplication?

The act or process of multiplying : the state of being multiplied.

extended to other numbers in accordance with laws that are valid for integers.

​So what do you have to do here is multiplicate the number of flags easily. So it has a line that goes to the bottom, and a line that goes to the side, so you can do this!

​In the line that goes to the bottom, has 3 flags. And the flags or lines that goes to the side has 3 flags. SOOOO, you can do it as a 3x3!
