She run errands by herself and does not mind wearing an old coat and hat that belongs to her maid. One day, she hurts her food. She accepts invitation to have dinner with a man who helped her to give her foot some time to recover. She likes his blue eyes and kindness. In the restaurant, the man tells her that he is do-nothing ' person. She is not impressed and insists on knowing whether he has a steady job. She is firm about her preferences. She prefers a man who has proper work and does not mind if he is poor.
