Pay attention to the part of speech of a word when using it in a sentence.
If a word is a noun, you cannot use it as another part of speech.
Example: librarian is a noun.
Correct sentence: The librarian read the book.
Incorrect sentence: The librarian kindergartener sat in the corner and read her book. You cannot use librarian as an adjective.

The word acquiesce is a verb.
That means in a sentence, it can be used as a verb or an infinitive.
