We use the Present Perfect to talk about experiences we had in the past without mentioning when they happened.

• -The definite time is not important.

• -​The action can or not be finished.

• -​The action may be in progress.

I have been to Paris three times.

​I haven't been a good student this year.

​I have eaten Chinese food

How to use it?

We use have or has and the past participle form of the verb.​

​

​I/you/we/they + have + past participle.

​

​She/ he/it + has + past participle.

For negative:use not or never.

​

​I/you/we/they + have not + eaten sushi.

​

​She/ he/it + has never + eaten sushi.

For questions: change the order of has/have and th subject.
