Math Standard

Second grade Math Stategy will cover 4 points:

1-Students will explore the base ten and will help them counting in five, tens and the multiple of hundreds.

​2-Students will experience different strategies to understand addition and subtraction. Additionally, explore the different models of both to calculate sums and differences mentally.

​3-Students will learn the different measurements rules and the tools that they can use such as a ruler to explore the length of different items.

​4-Students will be able to identify different shapes, combined them to create other figure and measure their angles and sides.
