The Arab League's Charter

​What is a Charter?

​

​A written grant by the high authorities of a country by which their rights are defined.

The Arab league's charter concentrated on the following ​Principles: (accepted in Oct.1951)

1. ​An Arab homeland concerning the sovereignty of individual member states.

2. ​Maintaining an independent decision-making capacity.

3. ​It is divided into 23 ruling governments.

4. ​Palestine has special status due to its representation by the Palestinian Authority PLO.
