CLASIFICATION OF AIRSPACE

ATS airspace is classified and designated in accordance with the following:

​

Class A. IFR flights only are permitted, all flights are provided with air traffic control service and are separated from each other.

Class B. IFR and VFR flights are permitted, all flights are provided with air traffic control service and are separated from each other.

Class C. IFR and VFR flights are permitted, all flights are provided with air traffic control service and IFR flights are separated from other IFR flights and from VFR flights. VFR flights are separated from IFR flights and receive traffic information in respect of other VFR flights.

Class D. IFR and VFR flights are permitted and all flights are provided with air traffic control service, IFR flights are separated from other IFR flights and receive traffic information in respect of VFR flights, VFR flights receive traffic information in respect of all other flights.

Class E. IFR and VFR flights are permitted, IFR flights are provided with air traffic control service and are separated from other IFR flights. All flights receive traffic information as far as is practical. Class E shall not be used for control zones.

Class F. IFR and VFR flights are permitted, all participating IFR flights receive an air traffic advisory service and all flights receive flight information service if requested.

Class G. IFR and VFR flights are permitted and receive flight information service if requested.​

PROVISIONS FOR THE SEPARATION OF CONTROLLED TRAFFIC​

​Vertical or horizontal separation shall be provided :

​

a) between all flights in Class A and B airspaces

b) between IFR flights in Class C, D and E airspaces

c) between IFR flights and VFR flights in Class C airspace

d) between IFR flights and special VFR flights

e) between special VFR flights, when so prescribed by the appropriate ATS authority

FASE EMERGRNCY

Emergency/Keadaan darurat adalah suatu kondisi dimana bandar udara beroperasi diluar batas normal karena adanya suatu gangguan atau adanya pesawat udara yang memerlukan pertolongan atau karena sebab lain.

​

​Untuk menunjukkan kondisi keadaan darurat, pesawat udara yang dilengkapi Transponder SSR dapat mengoperasikan peralatan sebagai berikut:

​7700 : Emergency

​7600 : Comfail

​7500 : Unlawfull interference

​Uncertanthy Phase

>30 Menit terlambat dari jadwal laporan posisi

>30 Menit terlambat dari ETA tanpa dapat dihubungi

>Radio komunikasi jelek

>Alat bantu navigasi pesawat Rusak

>Posisi pesawat Udara tidak tepat

>Cuaca dalam keadaan tidak baik

>Terjadi keragu-raguan atas keselamatan pesawat udara​

​Distress Phase

•Pesawat udara tidak mendarat atau tidak ada hubungan radio/ komunikasi dalam waktu 5 menit setelah izin mendarat diberikan.

•Pesawat udara akan melakukan pendaratan darurat.

•Pesawat udara melaporkan telah melakukan pendaratan darurat.

•Pesawat udara akan mengalami kebakaran​

​Reduced vertical separation minima (RVSM) is the reduction from 2000 feet to 1000 feet, of the standard vertical separation required between aircraft flying between FL 290 up to FL 410.

​SEPARASI RVSM

Within RVSMairspace (between FL290 and FL410 inclusive) the vertical separation minimum is:

• 1000ft (300m) between RVSM-approved aircraft, and

• 2000ft (600m) between non-RVSM approved state aircraft and any other aircraft operating within RVSM airspace.

• 2000ft (600m) between non-RVSM aircraft operating as general air traffic (GAT) and any other aircraft within RVSM airspace.0 up to FL 410.
