​Finding where the decimal point is

​First off you have to understand where the decimal point is. It comes after the one, now something that may be confusing is that there is no ones on the right side. There is three little letters at the end that could also confuse you. They are ths. So for example it would be Hundredths instead of Hundreds. It is VERY important to remember the ths!

​Now you need to know how to add decimals. FIRST: You need your equation (WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN). SECOND: Line it up like you would normal addition. Make sure the decimal points are lined up. THIRD: Add like normal!
