Comparative Adjectives
We use comparative adjectives to compare two nouns. Add -er to the end of one or two-syllable adjectives, followed by than.
Example:
That tree is taller than our house.

For adjectives with more than two syllables, we use more before the adjective, followed by than.
Example:
Finishing school is more important than anything else.
