What are they?
Phrasal verbs are phrases that indicate actions. They are generally used in spoken English and informal texts.
Phrasal verbs consist of a verb and a preposition or an adverb

Sometimes, the preposition/adverb is placed either after the verb or after the object.
Mary made a story up.
If the object is a pronoun, however, the preposition/adverb has to be placed after the pronoun (object).

FACT
It is anything that was done or that happened, that really exists, a strictly true and real statement.
A fact is supported by real evidence.

It is defined as a point of view, a belief, a judgment that has been created in relation to something, an event, a person, a situation.
