• ​Sudha Chandran is an Indian.

  ​She is one of the most well-known dancers and TV actresses in India.

• ​She dances using a prosthetic leg.

• ​​She also turned to acting after the loss of her leg.

• ​​She acted in the film, Mayuri, which was about her life.

• ​She was awarded Special Jury Award for her performance in the film at the National Film Award in 1986
