WHAT IS A SUBJECT?
Basically, a subject is a doer that has done an action in a sentence.
Usually, we can find the subject at the beginning of the sentence.

For example:
Gabby is talking to her sister right now.
* here, Gabby is what we called a subject and the one who does the action (is talking).

WHAT IS A VERB?
A verb is the action done (usually by a subject) in a sentence.
There are 2 types of verbs:
Action verbs ( play, sing, talk, eat, speak)
Helping verbs ( verb to be, verb to have, verb to do, modal verbs)

For example:
Adilla accidently broke her mother favourite vase.
* here, the verb 'broke' [RV: break] is used to show what kind of action being done by the subject [Adilla].

What is Simple Past Tense?
A simple past is usually used to talk about an action or event that already happened or existed before.

A simple Past can be something about an action that you have done this morning.
For example:
Daniel unsuccessfully kicked a ball past a goal post just now.

Verbs used in SIMPLE PAST:
There are 2 types of verbs used in SIMPLE PAST:
Regular verbs [ Root verb + -ed/-d ]
Irregular verbs [ the spellings (ejaan) and pronunciations (sebutan) are changed]
