Hello!! and welcome back dear children, the summer holidays are over and now we are back to studying, a little differently this time. Sadly, we won’t get to see each other in person which is why I have created a virtual classroom. The next few slides you see are what I have personally designed for our Geography Class.
I am also introducing my new avatar.
The blackboard will hold explanations and important announcements.
The computer will have a link to a video on youtube.
Let’s make learning fun

Why do different places of earth have different climates?
Let's Recall
The shape of the earth special is responsible for the uneven distribution of heat and the world.
7
Different parts of the Earth receive different amounts of sunlight or heat energy. This is because of two reasons: the tilt in the Earth’s axis and the curved surface of the Earth. If the Earth were flat and axis straight, all paces on the Earth would have got the same amount of sunlight. The amount of heat a place receives from the sun determines how hot or cold it is.

The regions near the equator receive direct rays from the sun therefore those areas are hotter.
