​When I was in my first year of teaching, I was privileged

enough to have been allowed to live in my parents'

condominium near the school.

For the most part, I was alone. That meant a lot of things,

not the least of which was planning for my own meals.

It was hard! I ended up eating a lot of take out because

I had no one to help me prepare my meals.

​It was during that period when I realized that

meal planning was essential for a nutritious daily intake.

Lunch, breakfast, and dinner are all essential things to consider for meal planning!

​I felt that

​- milk and oats were perfect for breakfast,

​- water and salmon enough for lunch, and

​- water and tom yam soup an exciting combo for dinner.
