Changing an Adjective to an Adverb
- Add -ly to the eding of an adj.
Eg: Slow -> Slowly
The slow turtle crosses the road.
The turtle slowly crosses the road.

With adj. ends with:
- -y -> -ily
Eg: Noisy -> Noisily
- -le and -ue -> (erase the -e) + -y
Eg: Comfortable -> Comfortably
But if the adj. ends with -e -> +ly (Safe -> Safely)
- -ic -> -ically
Eg: Basic -> Basically

However, some words cannot be changed; for example, if by adding -ly to the end of an adjective, it changes the meaning of the word.
Eg: Hard -> Hardly
Late -> Lately
