When you add an odd number with an odd number it will be an even number.
eg. 3+3=6 5+5=10
sometimes when you add an odd number with an even number the total may be
an odd number.
eg: 3+2=5

eg: 43 will round down to 40 and the same thing will happen to numbers ending in 1, 2, 3 and 4... But that will NOT happen if a number ends in 0.
If a number ends in 0 it will stay at the same number
eg: 30 will round down to 30
rounding numbers to the nearest ten
