When you add an odd number with an odd number it will be an even number.

eg. 3+3=6 5+5=10

​sometimes when you add an odd number with an even number the total may be

​an odd number.

​ eg: 3+2=5

​ If a number ends in 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4 the number will round down.

​ eg: 43 will round down to 40 and the same thing will happen to numbers ending in 1, 2, 3 and 4... But that will NOT happen if a number ends in 0.

​ If a number ends in 0 it will stay at the same number

​ eg: 30 will round down to 30

​rounding numbers to the nearest ten
