​Multiplication Sentence:

​Let us solve the multiplication sentence showing the parts of a multiplication solution.

​Palaging tandaan na kailangang i-move ang decimal point mula kanan pakaliwa, depende sa kung ilan lahat ang decimal places sa multiplicand at multiplier.

​Katulad nito, lahat ng decimal places na mayroon sa multiplicand (0.34) at multiplier (19) ay dalawa lamang, meaning pagdating sa product (6.46), dalawa rin dapat ang decimal places nito.

​The easiest way on how you can estimate the products of decimal numbers is by rounding off. This will help you in performing the multiplication of decimal numbers.

Carlo bought 5 notebooks at ₱38.95 each. About how much did he pay in all?

The following are some items that you need to buy from a store (cost per item is written in red):

• face towel – ₱ 8.75
