You are trying to check in with your partner and your kid. Somehow the reservation under your name is for 1 person only. Try to solve this problem and change a single room for a family room.

​You overslept breakfast and came to the buffet as they were closing it. Find out if you can still have breakfast quickly.

Your child found some bugs under the bed. She wanted to play with them but you didn't let her. Now she is upset and crying. Try to resolve the conflict with your kid as well as with the front desk. You definitely don't want any bugs in your hotel room!

​The housekeeping didn't change your towels this morning and you want to know why.

When checking out, you get your bill, and see that they charged you some extra fees. You're sure you didn't use those services. Try to resolve the issue with the receptionist.
