​Well, well, well, what do we have here?

The day I was born, I haden't had normal eyes. The docters didn't know why my eyes were pink. When they examined me, one of the docters looked in my eyes. Well, I had eyes that could make people fall in love with me. I think we both know how they figured that out. They had told my parents to NEVER look into my eyes, and gave me a one-way mask to put over my eyes. As a baby, I didn't like the mask, but my parents made me wear it. When I was five, everyone picked on me and tried to take off my mask! "STOP! YOU'LL REGRET IT!" I would scream. Thankfully, I had one good friend in school. Her name was ​Chealsea. My names Bona! By the time middle school rolled around, things didn't go so smoothly. I could not find anyone (except for Chelsea) that wouldn't laugh at my mask. It was

​horrible! It was so risky, and the entire school could have fallen in love with me! Chealsea was with me for most classes, so when lunch came around, I told her I needed to talk to her. "What's up?" she asked. "Well," I began, "for starters, everyone has been trying to steal my mask. We also have a new enemy." I looked over my shoulder and saw the popular girls pointing at my mask. "Is it that brat Hannah? She thinks she's queen, and she probably wants to make you the clown of school." It was Hannah. You know, some how I knew we'd never survive middle school. "Yep, that's Hannah. But I think I'm already the clown of school." That's when it happened. The most popular boy in school walked by our table, smiled at me, and waved. "Oh my god. Bona. DO YOU KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS?!"

​I was to shocked to answer until I realized she was talking to me. "Um, that he, uh, no. What's it mean?" "He likes you! Not in that way, but he's not laughing, and said hi. Look, if you didn't like being the clown of school, and he likes you (not in that way), then no one, I mean NO ONE, will pick on you!" Chealsea was a genius! "Yeah! You're right!" That was my ticket to being a normal kid in school! After school, me and Chealsea were walking home, and a random idea popped in my head. "Hey, do you think if I put contacts in my eyes, they wouldn't use it's power?" She paused for a minute. "I have no idea. But we can't experiment with your idea." "True." As we walked home, I couldn't stop thinking about my idea! "Maybe, it'll work!"
