Adaptation is the fit or adjustment of the individual to external
conditions, but adaptation can also mean moving from one environment to another more suitable, or even forcing the environment to adapt in response to creative efforts.
Creative adaptiveness is the ability to adjust flexibly to conditions or environments in developing new ideas or products while adhering to what is approved or permitted in a given cultural context

Carlo J. Caparas’ Fictions Adapted into Films (Local)
Carlo Magno Jose Caparas (born December 15, 1958) is a Filipino comic strip creator and writer-turned film director and producer. He is best known for creating such Filipino superheroes and comic book characters as Panday, Bakekang, Totoy Bato, Joaquin Bordado, Kamagong, Kamandag, Elias Paniki, Tasya Fantasya, Gagambino, Pieta and Ang Babaeng Hinugot Sa Aking Tadyang, among others. (Alave, 2009).

Jerry Siegel’s Superman Adapted into Film (Foreign)
Jerome Siegel (/ˈsiːɡəl/) who also used pseudonyms including Joe Carter and Jerry Ess, was an American comic book writer. His most famous creation was Superman, which he created in collaboration with his friend Joe Shuster. Siegel and Shuster were inducted into the comic book industry's Will Eisner Comic Book Hall of Fame in 1992 and the Jack Kirby Hall of Fame in 1993 (Gordon, 2010).
