· Use correct grammar and spelling

Steps for composing e-mail

Step 1: Open your computer, select a browser.

Step 2: Login email account, using Id and password.

Step 3: On the new page, click Compose.

Step 4: At the ”To“ field, add recipients email id.

Step 5: After that add a subject.

Step 6: In the body, write your message.

Step 7: At the bottom of the page, there is a send option-click Send to send mail.

Steps for checking new e-mail messages

Step 1:  Login email account, using Id and password.

Step 2:  Locate the Mail tab on the top left.

Step 3: To view e-mail messages, click on Inbox.

Step 4: To read, double click on the message to open.

Step 5: To reply, click the Reply button at the top of an opened message

Step 6: To delete messages, highlight and press Delete

Fowarding an e-mail messages

Step 1:  Login email account, using Id and password.

Step 2:  Find and open the email message to forward.

Step 3;  Click the Forward button.

Step 4:  Enter the email address of the recipient in the To field. 

Step 5:  Add Cc and Bcc if there is more than one recipients.

Step 6:  If the message contains an attachment, click on the Attach files symbol

Step 7:  Once finished click the Send button.
