• Technical problems with audio, video, internet, etc.

Objective:

​To offer English teachers some technological resources they can apply in their classes (hybrid, b-learning). Educators will learn to use: Genially, Nearpod, Wordwall and Quizizz to teach English and help students develop linguistic skills.

The pandemic forced all educators and students to work and study online. Therefore, teachers should receive training in the use of technology so that they can take advantage of the variety of options that ICTs offer to Education.

Justification

1.- Introduction

2.- Genially, (creation of interactive presentations, infographics and games)

3.- Nearpod, (creation of an interactive lesson with VR, simulation, learning tasks, etc.)

4.- ​Wordwall, (creation of games)

5.- Quizizz, (creation of interactive lessons, quizzes)​

Syllabus:

LEARNING TASKS (mandatory to get the certificate)

1.- Opinion about the documentary: The internet of everything and the blog: The impact of IoT on Education - How does the internet of things impact Education?

2.- Learning task on Genially: presentation, infographic or game.

3.- Learning task on Wordwall or Nearpod​​
