He is used for 1 male, such as a boy or a man.

She is used for 1 female, such as a girl or a woman.

It is used for things and objects and also animals sometimes.

We is a special pronoun. It is used for talking about yourself along with one or many people together in a group.
For example...
We are a happy family.

They is another special pronoun. It is used to speak about many people but you are not part of that group.
