What is an independent essay?

Independent Essay​

The independent writing task is basically an essay in which you can answer the test question from the TOEFL IBT TEST, based on your own experiences and knowledge.

Remember to always follow its structure.​

Introduction​

In the introduction, we need to start from the general to the specific.

We always need to follow the next structure for the introduction​:

1. General Statement about the topic​

2. More Specific Statement

3. Restate the Question​

4. Thesis Statement​

We need at least 4 sentences for the Introduction. ​

​Second, the most important goal I have is to get a family of my own.

I have always wanted to have a kid and a partner to share my life with. In order to do so, I will work really hard to provide a good life quality to my future son and partner. Furthermore, I will be the happiest person in the world.
