A Naysayer can be thought of as "the hater"
This is the opposing viewpoint.
EXAMPLE: If Marley the ginger cat was home--maybe HE ate the cookies--and NOT Donnie the Doberman!

Take the opposing viewpoint seriously and formally. You show your creativity by OVERCOMING the complaint.

Opposing position: women's sports do not generate as many views.
Overcome the position: Of course many will disagree on the grounds that women's sports do not generate enough revenue, but that is changing as new audiences informed by new norms demand and pay more for women's professional sports merchandise, event tickets, and television programming.
