Things at my house artinya adalah benda-benda di rumahku. Materi ini adalah salah satu pelajaran bahasa Inggris untuk SMP atau MTs. Biasanya Kosa kata things at home ini diberikan untuk memperkuat perbedaharaan kosa kata untuk meningkatkan skill listening, speaking,reading, dan writing. Sebelumnya kita sudah belajar part of house in english dan kali ini kita melanjutkan dengan benda-benda yang ada di ruang tamu, kamar tidur, ruang makan, kamar mandi, dapur, dan halaman rumah.

Mirror = The glass surface where you can see yourself (your reflection).
Shower = A shower stall, or a small room where you can shower.
Sink = The basin or bowl fixture where you wash your hands.
Toilet = A fixture with a bowl, a seat, a lid, and a handle for flushing water down the bowl. You know what it’s for!
Bed = A mattress (the soft surface where you sleep) in a bed frame (which holds the mattress).
Closet = A small room where you can hang clothes.
Dresser = A piece of furniture with drawers where you keep folded clothes.

Cermin = Permukaan kaca tempat kita dapat melihat diri sendiri (pantulan kita).
Shower = Tempat pancuran, atau ruangan kecil tempa kita untuk mandi.
Wastafel = Tempat baskom atau mangkuk tempat kita mencuci tangan.
Toilet = Perlengkapan dengan mangkuk, tempat duduk, penutup, dan pegangan untuk menyiram air ke mangkuk. Kita tahu untuk apa!
Tempat tidur = Kasur (permukaan lembut tempat tidur) di bingkai tempat tidur (yang menahan kasur).
Kloset = Sebuah ruangan kecil di mana kita bisa menggantung pakaian.
Lemari = Perabotan dengan laci tempat kita menyimpan pakaian yang terlipat.
Wardrobe = Perabotan tinggi dengan pintu tempat kita menggantung pakaian di dalamnya.

Lamp = Any light with a lightbulb and cord that is used to light the room.
Pillow = A pillow on a bed is usually where you put your head when you sleep.
Armchair = A large, stuffed chair that has arms, or raised areas where you can rest your arms.
Coffee table = A low table, usually placed in front of a couch.
Couch = A long, stuffed piece of furniture with arms. Some people might call a couch a sofa.
Side/end table = A side table, or end table, is a table meant to sit next to a couch or an armchair. Like with a coffee table, you can place drinks or other items here.
Television/TV = Television or TV can refer to the device with the screen you use to watch movies or shows. It can also refer to TV shows in a larger way.

Lampu = Lampu digunakan untuk menerangi ruangan.
Bantal = Bantal di tempat tidur umumnya sebagai tempat kita meletakkan kepala saat tidur.
Kursi berlengan = Kursi besar yang diisi dengan lengan, atau area terangkat di mana kita dapat mengistirahatkan lengan.
Meja kopi = Meja rendah, biasanya diletakkan di depan sofa untuk menaruh minuman atau barang kecil
Sofa = Perabotan panjang dengan lengan untuk duduk beresantai.
Meja samping/ujung = Meja samping, atau meja ujung, adalah meja yang dimaksudkan untuk duduk di samping sofa atau kursi berlengan. Seperti halnya meja kopi, Kita dapat meletakkan minuman atau barang lainnya di permukaan atasnya.
Televisi/TV = Televisi atau TV dapat merujuk ke perangkat dengan layar yang digunakan untuk menonton film atau acara.
