The verb enjoy takes objects and gerunds. In this case, the verb "working" is conjugated to work together with "enjoy."

enjoy, appreciate, mind, quit (give up), finish (get through), stop*, avoid, postpone (put off), delay, keep (on), consider, discuss, mention, suggest**

*stop --> purpose ​**suggest--> the subjunctive
