Characteristics of a Crisis

1.    A crisis may lead to the presence of both danger and opportunity. It is also perceived to be dangerous when related stresses result in pathological behavior such as injury to self or others. On the other hand, a crisis can also be an opportunity since it catalyzes an individual to seek help.
