​FEW và LITTLE có thể được bổ nghĩa bởi VERY

​He feels lonely because he has very few friends.

​A FEW và A LITTLE có thể được bổ nghĩa bởi JUST và ONLY

​There are only a few bananas left in the fridge.

​The teacher gives him just a little homework

​QUITE A FEW = MANY (nhiều)

​The boy eats quite a few sweets
