Finding your true voice

Communicating well also means listening deeply to the small voice within us (what we call our "True Voice"), and then speaking to others out of that voice. Our True voice speaks honestly and simply about what we know in our hearts to be true for us. This is not easy when our true voice has something to say that is different or contrary to popular opinion. At time, it may feel risky; but, speaking from our true voice-from what we know to be true in our hearts- is the foundation of honest communication.
