Student Activity 9

Conduct a home waste audit and capture the information on the Waste Audit Sheet found here https://earthambassadeurs.org/junior-ambassadeurs).

1. Save the plastic - All plastic can be repurposed

2. Save the wrapping - Gather all the wrap and ribbons you can find and keep them somewhere safe.

3. Save Christmas Cards​. most cards will have writing on one side only. That means the other side will be blank - and it’s also the side with the pretty picture.

4. ​Wine bottles, corks, all those extra toilet rolls, ribbons, wrapping paper - if you stop to think about it, these are all quite beautiful items that represent decades of human ingenuity. ​
