Ans: As you can see ​3 is on top and is smaller then 5.

The point is that then numerator is always on top and smaller then the denominator (only in proper fractions)​

Ans : Denominator is at the bottom ​. The number at the bottom is 5 It is greater then 3.

Point is that The Denominator must be greater then the numerator

Between 3 and 5 is a line .

That line is called

" Divisio​n Line".

It separates 3 and 5 to let you know on which is the numerator and which is the denominator​
