​WILDCARDS

  • In windows an * (asterick) is used to denote a wildcard

  • The * symbol means anything

  • Example: You type *.txt means anything that ends in txt

  • move *secret* secretfiles would move all all files that start with anything and contain the word secret and end with anything to the secretfiles
