What Self-Control Really Means
Being able to regulate your thoughts, feelings and actions.
Ability we use to stop and think before making a decision so we can do what is best in the moment.
It is an important skill because we can't just all do whatever we want in the moment.
We have to learn to think about our behaviours so we can make the best choices possible.
