Ecosistemas acuáticos: Son todos aquellos que están formados en grandes masas de agua, ya sean agua dulce, como los ríos y agua salada, como los mares. En estas masas de agua, existen gran variedad de seres vivos y no vivos, juntos conformando un sistemas de vida complejo, que llamamos ecosistema acuáticos.

Ecosistema terrestre: Este esta formado por un sistema de vida que permanece sobre la superficie terrestre, son seres inertes y vivos, al igual que microorganismos, entre otros. Dentro de este ecosistema, esta el ser humano.
