1. So, neither y too
The adverbs so, neither and too are concrete constructions used to show agreement with what has been expressed by another person. In Spanish, these sequences are translated as yo también, yo tampoco, a mí también, etc.

2. How are so, neither and too used?
The particle "too" is used when the previous statement is an affirmative sentence, while "neither" is used when it is a negative sentence.
