Competence (Latin competentia, from competomutually strive, answer, fit) - good knowledge of something, knowledge, experience; knowledge and experience in a particular field; awareness, authority.

General competemcies are divided into 4 groups:
1) ability to manage life process (learn to study, manage and manage one`s time, personal preferences, problem-solving skills and analytical skills;
2) communication skills (ability to interact, listen, speech and writing skills);
3) management - to cope with people and tasks (ability to plan, organize, coordinate, manage, make decisions, resolve conflicts);
4) introduction of innovations and changes (ability to take risks, anticipate, creativity, opennes to change).
