This model uses lots of open questions, which makes the associate take control of their self-improvement. Not just telling the associate what they could do differently, but helping them get to a stage of self-realization.

The GROW Model

This model involves giving the associate "two starts" for two things that they did we'll when handling a contact, alongside "one wish" for an area in which they can improve
