INTERROGATIVE

We use do + subject + base form of the verb in all persons except for the third person singular. We use does + subject + base form of the verb in this person.

​EXAMPLES

​Do you like football?

Does he like tennis?

Do I eat this dessert?

Does it float?

Does he know him?​

YES + , + SUBJECT + DO/DOES

NO + , + SUBJECT + DON'T/DOESN'T

Even if the answer is no more than Yes or No, you need to add the auxiliary of the sentence to the structure.
