Modal verbs
can/ must/ mustn't/ may/ need/ needn't
Ben: Can I go to the cinema tonight?
Mum: Yes, but you should take your raincoat, it might rain later.
Ben: Do you know where it is?
Mum: It may be in your room.

Modal verbs
Beispiel
May I go now? (Darf ich jetzt gehen?)
You may take my car. (Du darfst mein Auto nehmen.)

Modal verbs
Beispiel
It may rain at the weekend. (Es könnte am Wochenende regnen.)
I may not finish my work today.
